July 22, 2023
July has been a busy month for us, and we want to take this moment to share some recent developments.
Understanding the nature of the oil and gas industry, we realize the importance of offline capabilities. Many times, our users find themselves out of service range. Hence, we’ve been putting in overtime to enhance our offline features. Last year, we introduced Offline LSD Lookup for Alberta, and this month, we’re extending these capabilities to the rest of Western Canada. We’re currently testing offline lookups for LSD’s in BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, as well as offline NTS lookups in BC.
To accommodate these changes, we’ve had to adjust how lookups are handled within the app. This means an update to a new version will be required. But don’t worry, the user experience should remain unchanged, and we’ll send out a notification within the app to remind anyone who hasn’t updated when the time comes.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to our users for their continued support. It’s your feedback and trust that fuels our motivation to keep improving OilTrails, making it more efficient and intuitive for you. We encourage everyone to continue providing feedback, because together, we can shape the future of oil and gas navigation!
So, stay tuned for more exciting updates, and remember, we’re just an email or a comment away. Here’s to the journey ahead!
